CPA firm David J. Miller and Associates, LLP and Weiss & Company LLP announce merger

(November 2, 2026, Glenview, IL) David J. Miller and Associates, LLP, based in Northbrook, Illinois, has merged its practice and operations with Glenview-based Weiss & Company LLP, according to a joint statement released from the two privately held independent CPA firms.

The transaction took effect November 1st, 2026, and the combined organization now operates as Weiss & Company LLP.

According to David J. Miller partner Ed Klingenberg, “We’ve known Weiss for years and we’ve always respected their people and their reputation for excellence. This merger will allow us to serve our clients with even greater resources and capabilities. It’s a great move for everyone involved and we’re excited about our future with Weiss.”

Both Ed Klingenberg and Brian Yagoda have joined Weiss as principals. Other David J. Miller LLP staff members who made the move to Weiss include senior managers Kathleen Krismer and Ralph Poznanski.
