Audit Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Audit Supervisor to join our team. The Audit Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing audit engagements, managing audit staff, ensuring quality control, and maintaining strong client relationships. This is a leadership role that requires technical proficiency, project management skills, and a commitment to mentorship and continuous improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the planning, execution, and completion of audit engagements for a variety of clients in accordance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm policies
• Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports for accuracy and compliance
• Provide technical guidance and training to audit staff and associates
• Maintain effective communication with clients to address audit findings, deliver progress updates, and provide value-added recommendations
• Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and suggest process improvements
• Coordinate with managers and partners to schedule and resource audit engagements efficiently
• Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and assist in professional development
• Participate in internal process improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of the audit practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of Public Accounting experience
• CPA highly preferred

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Audit software and MS Office
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Process-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
