Weiss & Company LLP Welcomes Two New Additions to the Firm

Weiss & Company LLP is pleased to announce the addition of two accomplished professionals to the firm, Kristen Eby and Valincia Jackson.

Kristen Eby joins as a manager in the firm’s Tax Department with more than 15 years of experience in both public and private accounting. Her expertise spans work with high-net-worth individuals, pass-through entities, and extensive real estate and construction projects through a decade-long tenure at a private real estate firm. She also brings experience working with individuals and businesses resolving audits of income, sales and payroll taxes.

Kristen’s passion for the tax field is matched by her dedication to problem-solving, mentoring, and fostering growth within the teams and organizations she serves. In addition to her undergraduate degree, she holds a Master of Accounting Science and a Master of Science in Taxation from Northern Illinois University.

Valincia Jackson joins as a supervisor in the Audit & Assurance Department. She began her career at a Big 4 accounting firm where she led complex, multi-component audits for high profile clients in higher education, research and the nonprofit sector. Valincia brings a strong track record of leadership, analytical acumen, and client-focused service to her assignments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy degree, both from Southern Illinois University, and is currently pursuing her CPA certification.
