Weiss Earns “Best Places to Work in Illinois” Recognition for the 13th Year

Weiss & Company LLP, a leading accounting and advisory firm headquartered in Glenview, has been named 18th in the Small Employer (15-99 employees) category among Best Place to Work in Illinois. This is the 13th year Weiss has been recognized; last year they were 23rd. View the complete list of 2024 honorees.

Additionally, Weiss was ranked the 6th best place to work for women from among 51 participating companies.

This statewide survey and awards program, now in its 19th year, was designed to identify, recognize, and honor the best places of employment in Illinois, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce, and businesses. The annual program is presented by the Workforce Research Group and presented by the Daily Herald Suburban Business.

Fifty-one companies from across the state were honored this year. Twenty percent (20%) of the score is based on an evaluation of each company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics. Eighty percent (80%) of the score is determined by a survey of employees to measure their experiences. The combined score determines the final ranking.
